Application of the BIM methodology for the energy analysis of buildings. The activity aims at defining an innovative methodology to reduce the energy consumption for air conditioning and ventilation in industrial plants. The BIM model allows to integrate both the architectural and the MEP information and to export the building model to the energy analysis software (DesignBuilder).
