Virtual Reality for online didactics

The sudden need to find solutions for online didactics for Coronavirus emergency measures has turned into an opportunity for students and teachers of the “Digital Parametric Modeling and Building Production” course of the Degree Course in Building Engineering, where this advanced didactics experimentation started to analyze and discuss the projects that the students are developing as a delivery for the final exam “from the inside”, thanks to the immersive virtual reality.
“To turn a difficulty into an opportunity we decided to do something new by abandoning something old. The students’ response was extremely positive, so what they experienced in this semester will not go back in the coming years,” says Anna Osello, head of the course.
